Doctor Behrens was very friendly, patient and thorough (as always). His demeanor and level of professionalism were extraordinary, and I would recommend him to anyone in search of an optician. And kudos to all of the office staff. They were extremely patient and helpful in both helping me and my mother as we chose frames and waded through the insurance details. An all around excellent group of professionals.
LOVE THIS PLACE! The receptionist, & Dr. Behrens were so nice and friendly. It’s so nice to actually have a doctor do your eye exam. Unlike Visionworks and other places that do virtual exams. Virtual exams are terrible. I was trying to find the frames that fit me best when Ms.Debbie walked up and asked if I needed any help, it’s like she knew what would look good on me. SHE WAS AMAZING!!!!!! Thank you DEBBIE !!!!!!
Had a great experience today at LensCrafters. Immediately was greeted when I entered. After I browsed for a while Keambre helped me with ordering my glasses. She was great, had so much energy and went out of her way to make sure I got EVERYTHING I wanted at a price I could afford. Very patient, even near the end of her work day. Couldn’t have asked for more!
Although getting them to answer the phone is hard, i’ve been in the store with two other people and still seen the employees let the phone ring. When I did get an answer I got Mr. Jeff and he was amazing!!! He was very patient and kind! He was willing to be slightly repetitive and made sure I understood the answers he was providing me. He was very helpful to my issue and friendly!!
I had such a great experience getting my frames. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to understand my style, comfort, and budget, and never made me feel rushed. Great selection of frames to choose from!! The entire process, from choosing frames to final fitting was seamless and professional. I will be back, and will be telling my friends.
