I’ve used this location for the past 4 years and received excellent care. Today I worked closely with Courtney to make an appointment, confirm coverages, and get detailed information about my visit! She was exceptional and extremely professional! I thanked her for the kindness, efficiency, and patience that elevated the call. It was remarkable to hear a Rep come back to say, I’m still here and don’t want you to be on hold too long! She was extremely knowledgeable. Just Outstanding services!!! Thank you Ms. Courtney!!!

I had a great experience at America’s Best! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and very helpful. The customer service here is top tier—they really take their time to make sure you’re comfortable and understand everything. I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Ms. Cheryl! She was absolutely amazing—so sweet, professional, and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions without rushing me and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Her personality truly stands out and made my visit even better. Overall, I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and a friendly, patient-focused environment. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Was here a few months back but wanted to post as this America's Best location in Macon is just GREAT! staff was super friendly and made me feel valued as guest not just another customer! Affordable pricing and amazing variety to choose from! Lauren was a pleasure to deal with & Rae as well. Also, the other staff just seemed so friendly and kind! They had clean restrooms as well (which is rare at most places nowadays). I would recommend this location to anyone looking for good pricing and good service! THANKS

My daughter’s appointment was at noon. It’s more 3 pm and still waiting! This will be the last time I come here. Way too many other options to put up with the blatant disrespect of over scheduling. Nobody should have to take the entire day to get an eye exam. Our first and last time here. Daughter going to miss her entire work shift due to this unnecessary stress.

I had a great experience. My tech Chiquita was very knowledgeable and thorough in her examination. Asacia Brooks helped me pick out my frames, recommended the details of my glasses and explained all charges. Very nice experience. Will go back again
