Entire first time experience was wonderful! Special thank you to David in reception who was patient kind and helpful! My doctor was AWESOME and informative. And the young lady who assisted me with my lens and frame purchase was charming and helpful! Thank you to a great staff for creating a wonderful first time experience!
I came in on Sat to pick out some frames and had one of the best experiences. Autumn was super helpful, super knowledgeable, and all around just a joy to work with. She explained all my options, recommended, but didn't push if it wasn't something I was interested in. She explained thoroughly and made my experience great!
I came to this location yesterday after finding out over the phone that instead of dealing with the imprints/bruises that my glasses would leave around my nose bridge, I could have them adjusted to better fit me in store and for free! Things someone new to wearing glasses may not know if they don’t ask lol! I came in to the establishment on this day and was immediately warmly greeted, sat down and was assisted by Dee in having my glasses adjusted within just a minute or two of being in the store. Dee was an exceptional help with not only the adjustment but the information she provided about things the store offered, tips and tricks with handling my glasses, etc. Dee was knowledgeable, patient, kind and put a great smile on my face with the experience that was provided. I think often times we have no problem remembering the not so great experiences we can tend to have when in different establishments, but we don’t always highlight when service is exceptional. Thank you Dee and the LensCrafters company for helping me!
From the moment I walked in until I left I enjoyed my visit. Everyone was welcoming and knowledgeable enough to answer all my questions. And Dr. India D was everything. I worked with 3 different ladies and I enjoyed my time with each one.
