The staff was amazing! Could not say enough good things about them! They were very helpful in getting new frames. If only I actually liked the product

I will never bring my family or friends to this location, nor would I recommend it to anyone. The store manager was very unprofessional, and the level of customer service was extremely disappointing. I had to spend more than an hour on the phone just to obtain accurate information and have my concerns addressed. A situation that should have been resolved quickly turned into a frustrating experience because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

Number one I just wanna go ahead and appreciate everyone here for helping me out with my nice glasses purchase. Brendan was amazing. Number two it was quick to get the frames ordered. Everyone was helpful and the transactions went through smoothly. thank you for everyone at LensCrafters in Woodstock!

I had a very awesome experience. Dr. Andrea Hill was so caring and pleasant, and spent time with me. She answered all my questions and explained everything to me. I highly recommend her and LensCrafters. The staff who assisted, Brandon, who performed the preliminary exam for Dr. Hill of Arbor Place Eyecare, and Kayla with LensCrafters, who helped me pick out my new frames, etc., were fantastic. I have definitely found my eye care provider after years of trying various places.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters. From the moment I walked in, the front desk team, Destiny and Joslin, were welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. They made the entire process smooth and stress free. The doctor was also kind, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their patients. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for excellent service and a friendly, professional atmosphere.
