Had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters, thanks to April! She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. April took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my choices. Her excellent customer service and attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciate her help and highly recommend asking for April if you visit.

When I first arrived, I was greeted by someone who was not the friendliest. They seemed annoyed because it was the end of their shift and I did not “feel the love”. I must say, I was reluctant to stay and continue my business there but I’m glad I did because that means I wouldn’t have had the pleasure of working with April. I had such a wonderful experience with April. She went above and beyond, she exceeded my expectations. She was genuinely very helpful and attentive, she did not once make us feel like another business transaction. She was personable and took the time to explain all insurance benefits. What I didn’t know was that it was almost April’s time to leave home for the day as well but not once did she seem upset at the fact that she went past her time. By the end of her helping us, my son’s jokingly called her Aunt April, cause she treated us like family. I’d also like to recognize Toni, she stepped in when I had to use multiple forms of payments. She wanted to make sure if anything went wrong, it would not fall on April. Toni was also very helpful and kind. Thank you ladies, I look forward to working with you again when it’s mom’s turn for glasses. God bless you!
Great experience! My daughter had her eye exam at a different LensCrafters out of state, but didn’t find any glasses that she liked there. We came to this location and worked with April. She was awesome with helping us find the right pair of glasses, priced out various frames and lens options to help us get the most out of our insurance. She even called the Anchorage LensCrafters in Alaska to get the prescription needed to order the glasses! Best experience I’ve had buying glasses in a long time!
The doctor and nurses were great, and the sales associate was very respectable and kind throughout the process. However, the checkout system is frustrating. They initially quoted nearly $800 out-of-pocket and stated with discount it will be about $500.By adding several lens 'adjustments' without offering options first. I had to push back to have those extras removed to get the price to what I actually needed. Also, they refused to provide my physical contact lens prescription, claiming they needed to verify measurements first. Great medical staff, but be prepared to double-check the sales math after insurance coverage.
🛍️ Me and my parents had a great experience here. The waiting time was short, the store is nice, and the staff is excellent 📊 The technician who administered the intake tests was very nice and explained everything as we went 🥼 The doctor was very pleasant and he explained the procedures and conditions clearly. He even drew a few diagrams to help me understand everything. I started guessing the mechanisms for a few eye conditions as he was talking about them and I got the answer wrong just about every time, lol (he was very nice about it) 👓 Samantha was very sweet, helpful, and explained everything clearly. She helped me pick-out frames, options, and check-out. This was my first optometry appointment so I had no idea what type of frames to buy. I tried-on some "basic wire frames" but I was underwhelmed by how they looked on me. I asked her what she thought would suit my face shape and she got it right on the first try! The black and rectangular frames look way better (and more interesting) 🏆 The quality of service was top-notch (even as the store got busier). 10/10
