I am writing to share my appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my walk-in visit late afternoon. I was welcomed by Jazmine, who assisted me in selecting new frames. She curated an excellent selection for me to consider, and her professional insight was invaluable; the pair I ultimately chose was the one she recommended as the most flattering for my face shape and personal style. Furthermore, I truly appreciated her patience while explaining the various lens quality options and transition color variations. I was so impressed with her assistance that I decided at the last minute to order an additional pair—the same frames she was wearing. During my visit, I was also offered a deep cleaning for my current glasses. I was not previously aware that LensCrafters provided this service, and it was a very thoughtful addition to my experience. Above all, I thoroughly enjoyed our pleasant conversation throughout the process. Jazmine provided superb customer service, and I would like to thank you for such a wonderful experience.

We went to 3 different locations near us, trying to find glasses for my wife and I, and the moment we went inside the customer service was amazing, so good it was that we ended up buying more that what we anticipated. The sales people here treat you well, are very respectful of our time and would gladly recommend them to anyone

I have been coming to this location for 9 years, and I have always had a great experience. Isaac, the store manager, is always available to answer any questions if any staff member is unable to. I am beyond satisfied to say that everyone at this store goes above and beyond to make my life easier. Excellent training for your staff, Isaac. They are caring, concerned, and receptive to my needs. I get my annual eye exam and prescription glasses here. Isaac never disappoints. He has excellent customer service skills, is helpful and friendly, and genuinely cares. He has accommodated me on various occasions. He definitely wants to assist and make every customer's experience great. Lauryn helped me decide between a few frames that I wasn't sure about. She gave me her honest opinion on my new glasses and advised me on various options I could add before I made my final purchase. I want to make it known that Isaac and Lauryn were the best at this Otay Ranch mall location. Thank you for the fantastic experience for management and staff. Came here to get help and recommendations on broken glasses. While we were immediately greeted, we were told to wait to get helped. We waited in front of the register where 3 staff stood. 2/3 were available and did not offer any help and didn’t acknowledge us at all despite having heard the assumed manager. Disappointing. In our experience bad place for glasses support, but great place to stand in the AC I guess.

I had such a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Alexa. She was so kind, patient, and genuinely caring, making me feel comfortable every step of the way. It didn’t feel like just a transaction she really went above and beyond. I truly appreciate her help.
