Terrible customer service if you are Black. Offered my precise frame details and told they wouldn't know, look around. So I did, while both men sat and talked. Luxury prices, crap service, lenscrafters
Sabrina was very helpful and patient when I was selecting my frames, and also working out the best price for me for 2 pair of glasses.
I recently visited LensCrafters and had an exceptional experience thanks to James, a helpful and knowledgeable associate that works at the Bloomington Mall store. From the moment I walked in, James greeted me with a warm smile and guided me through the entire process of selecting the perfect pair of glasses. His expertise and patience were evident as he answered all my questions and provided valuable insights into the different lens options available. James made sure I was comfortable and confident in my choice, and his friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable. I highly recommend LensCrafters, especially if you have the pleasure of being assisted by James. Thank you for the outstanding service!
