Excellent and professional service! I accidentally bent the temple of my rimless glasses, and Target Optical told me they couldn’t fix it due to lack of parts. I brought the glasses to this shop around 6 p.m., and by the next morning they were fully repaired—for free! The staff not only showed great skill and efficiency, but also true professionalism and dedication to their work. I tried to tip them to show my appreciation, but they politely refused. Truly thankful for their kindness and outstanding service—highly recommended!

I came here to pick out a new pair of glsses with a prescription I got overseas. I was really happy with both the services and the selection here. Very patient while I hemmed and hawed through 3 different pairs. I received my glasses relatively quickly and they were great right away and I didn’t need any adjustments.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Everyone between the eye doctor and the staff was very nice, very knowledgeable and took excellent care of me. I don’t EVER write reviews so let this tell you that I was so positively motivated by my experience here that I decided to write one!
Shirley at Coolidge Corner Brookline was excellent. Warm, friendly and professional. She did an excellent job for me.
I had an appointment scheduled for the day of a nor'easter blizzard. The office confirmed my appointment the day prior, so I assumed they were planning on staying open. The morning of, I had not heard anything from the office, so I called LensCrafters approximately 7 times to confirm that the appointment was still happening and left 3 voicemails with no response. When I arrived, the doors were locked, with no signage indicating a weather closure. I fully respect their decision to close given the weather, but it's absolutely unacceptable in 2026 to not have a way to remotely notify patients of appointment cancellations. Because of this experience, I no longer trust this location as a vision care provider and would not recommend it to others.
