Listen yall! Shantell, was suuuuch a blessing for me. So boom, what had happened was, not even 12 hrs after picking up my glasses they broke(one of my kiddos stepped on it LAAAWWWD). I came by the very next day and saw Ms. Shantell. She remembered me from before and I told her what happened. She legit went above and beyond and called a few stores to see if they had the frames I needed in order to process my replacement claim(get the accidental insurance yall). After calling around she let me know that aint nooooobody had em. INSTEAD of giving up she went to double check with homeboy in the back lab to see if my lenses can fit a very similar pair of glasses. AND GUESS WHAT?! They doooooo. Ayyyeee. So a brother can FINALLY SEEEEE. So basically what yall should take away from this review is that Shantell is the bees knees and actually does her job quite well. Thank you Ma’am.

I’ve been here twice to pick up deliveries and both times the staff has been fantastic. Everyone was super helpful and when there was an issue with my order, not their fault, they walked me through every which way to get it solved. Whenever I return to the second time to pick up the correct order once again everyone on staff was awesome. I highly recommend shopping here in person for all of your eyeglass and sunglasses needs. Shout out to. Shantel, Lillian, Juan, and Kenan who were super helpful and remembered me when I came in the second time.

The team at this location are accommodating, efficient, and just plain awesome! Lillian welcomed me and assisted with the sign-in process. She was very friendly and patient. Dr. Rainey gave me a thorough exam and educated me throughout the process. Most importantly, she didn't try to force me to make a purchase. I appreciated that she treated me as a person and not a payday. I will definitely be returning to this location for my future eye care needs.

Quicker scheduling than anyone else in the area. Worked seamlessly with my insurance. Johan at the store was a great help. Worked with me selecting 2 pairs of glasses. Explained insurance coverage, lens options. Allowed for my indecisive nature. Finally gave me multiple price and payment options. A great experience, and I don’t say that about much very often.
