Staff is welcoming and very helpful throughout entire process. Dr Shriner is very helpful and knowledgeable. She has actually helped correct mistakes in my vision that past Dr's had created. Thankful for a reliable place for vision care needs😊

For years I went to LensCrafters and stopped when they got really expensive. Decided to give them another shot when I needed new glasses a few months ago. Pleasantly surprised with my most recent experience. Prescription was correct (thus why my review wasn’t immediate), Dr Shriner is wonderful, wasn’t extremely expensive (multiple corrections for my eyes), and super easy to make an appointment. If you haven’t been lately maybe give them a try?

Dawn was absolutely the best every step of the way and got me the best deal!!! I have already got my husband and friend to come to LensCrafters!!! I did not know that LensCrafters offered so much, especially in the variety of glasses. It's been 30 years since I went to LensCrafters and they have elevated this store so much till I will tell anybody to go there and please ask for Dawn cause she will get you where you need to be!!

Extremely helpful kind and works with insurance to get me the best deal! Dawn was there to help every step of the way. She listened to my wants and concerns and was not pushy! Tamara is also great in answering questions and very informative. I definitely will be getting my exams and eyeglasses here from now on! I highly recommend others to do so as well.

Robin saved whatever is left of this experience. She was very kind and patient while I was frustrated. Helped me tremendously, when I called, even stayed after to help. I went online Tuesday, made an appointment for a Friday. Wednesday I get a call saying if I don’t upload my insurance my appointment will be cancelled and moved to a walk in. They didn’t even give me time to breath before they threaten to cancel my appointment, I asked what the point of making an appointment was if they were going to cancel it and they said because I am the first appointment Friday they need the paperwork before end of day Thursday. It was Wednesday morning…and I know they aren’t busy.. anyway, I submitted my paperwork accordingly so it didn’t get canceled. I then spend hours going back and forth via text about how they ran my OLD insurance from years ago, (that’s not what I sent them) then tell me I am a walk in after submitting my info as they requested, and that I will have to pay $108 for the exam and hope if I have insurance they will reimburse me. I’ve spent all day doing their job. Okemos LensCrafters has never treated me this way and they got my insurance the first time by calling them and getting my vision plan, like they are supposed to do. Incredibly unprofessional and I will not be seen here. Thank god they made me a walk in.
