I had such a wonderful experience here! MJ went above and beyond helping me pick out my glasses and styled them perfectly for me. She is very knowledgeable on what looks good on what face shape and she gave me a ton of options, I never once felt rushed or alone during the process. MJ was so patient, caring, funny and genuinely wanted me to find the perfect fit. Dr. Kiara was also incredibly kind and helpful!! and made the whole vision process so comfortable and easy. She is very smart, genuine, gentle, sweet, and funny. And cared about making sure I could see clearly and understood everything. The entire team here is wonderful, welcoming, and professional. They guided me through it all and made it easy and a great experience. I couldn’t recommend them more!🤍

I dropped in to ask if Cassandra could replace a nose pad a tighten up my glasses. Glasses I had not purchased at Rx Optical. I'm new to the area and needed a quick fix. Cassandra was very pleasant and professional and had me back in business in minutes. I did shop around a bit as I have an eye exam coming up and know I'll need a new prescription. I saw several pair of frames that would fit my big head. I appreciate the kind, prompt and professional service and will definitely choose Rx Optical for my next purchase.

Great service! The GM, MJ, helped me. I can’t say enough about how friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable she was. They had an expansive selection of frames in different price ranges. She stuck by me through trying on a bunch until I found the right one for me. I will definitely be coming back for my next eye exam and when I need to shop again for new lenses and frames.

I had a wonderful experience here from start to finish. Dr. Stevenson made sure to explain everything that was done during my exam, and afterwards the manager, MJ, helped me find frames that fit perfectly. If you are looking for a professional and hospitable eye doctor, this is the place to go!

I had an amazing experience at this location! Dr. Stevenson is approachable, personable, and professional. My appointment was smooth and informative, and all the staff was super helpful in informing me of different lens/frame options and helping me find my perfect fit!
