Very methodical and thorough exam. Great exchange of eye health information. Amazing doctor Dr. Kyle Fairless. Plus, very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Both Meridth and Kelly were polite, supportive, and very hardworking to find me the best solution for my vision care. Great job!

Sam and Kelly are wonderful. I stopped by this location for an opinion about my glasses because my new prescription from a different LensCrafters gave me a visual distortion, and the other LensCrafters could not rectify the problem. Despite not buying my glasses from this LensCrafters, Sam and Kelly spent time to help me. Whether it was due to their expertise, experience, skill set, or a combination of all three, they we able to make adjustments to my frames to help with much of the distortion. I no longer had to bury my chin deep into my chest cavity in order to see the instrument panel on my dashboard clearly. The other LensCrafters said I needed to give my eyes time to adjust to my new prescription, instead of making the adjustments Sam and Kelly did for me. These two people are wonderful. I highly recommend them and this Lenscrafters. Next time I will drive out of my way for this LensCrafters location rather than going to the LensCrafters near me.
I love this location. My preferred location. Mostly because they are very kind, and professiona.. My optometrist, Dr. Fairless, was super helpful and made sure my needs were met with my prescription. A dedicated script for computer use only for work, and one for distance. I have also great service with Dr. Foo. My son usually has him, for his appointments. Good rapport. I am also glad I've had Christina as my personal shopper that day! She was very patient, very kind, very personable and very informative. Her customer service skills are unmatched. I appreciate my time with her, and going over the several options I've had with my insurance. Brandon was also great with assisting her, during my time with Christina. They both work well together, and because of their support, I've gotten the best option that day that was suitable for me! I will be back AGAIN!
It was my first experience at LensCrafters and I was very impressed overall. The entire staff was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Christina, our optometric technician, was extremely helpful, sweet and really patient. My daughter saw Dr Fairless and she said he was funny and friendly. We will be regular customers for sure. BONUS: They have a very high end collection of stock to cater to even eccentric eyewear needs. 10 out of 10!
Terrible recent experience. Would recommend taking your business elsewhere. Person couldn’t locate my insurance benefits even though I’ve been coming there for years, my benefits haven’t changed and they are able to look my up in the system. In Store Customer service rep was rude over text. “ Hello, pictures don't show up through this. I don't know why they let people send a pic. I need name of vision insurance. Thank you.” How am I supposed to know that? You asked for my insurance info and I sent you my card. Unreal. Go elsewhere. UPDATE: In spite of the bot response below and filling out the form, no one has contacted me from either the store or their central customer service department. 5 days for a response and more than 5 days later, crickets.
