Was in Minneapolis for major concert and realized night before I'd left my glasses somewhere & they were lost. I waited for store to open, and after stepping in & explaining my situation, I was seen right away, received a complete exam and picked out frames. Less than 2 hours later I had new glasses. Entire staff was great. Very highly recommended.
My daughter accidentally broke her glasses at the mall, so I walked into LensCrafters looking for help. Cat assisted us right away and fixed the glasses quickly. To my surprise, she didn’t charge us anything. Thank you, Cat, for your kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. We truly appreciate it! 🙏
I went in for a glasses adjustment a few weeks ago. Melissa was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made me feel welcomed. Although I didn't buy a new pair, I noticed they had an awesome selection of frames!
The staff here is AMAZING! Everyone was so polite and helpful. Dr. Vang had an honest conversation with me and answered all my questions with confidence. Dani assisted me with picking out a bad-ass pair of glasses and seemed like she genuinely wanted to help. This was by far the best experience I have ever had buying new glasses, 30/10 Strongly recommend
I really like the Mall of America location. I've recently had the pleasure of working with Cat to adjust and clean my glasses and set up an eye exam. She was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I look forward to coming back and working with Cat and the rest of the team here at this location.
