⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Felicia at LensCrafters! She was very friendly, professional, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all of my questions were answered. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and providing excellent service. I would definitely recommend Felicia to anyone looking for a great eye-care experience. Thank you, Felicia! ❤️

They had a great sale running, so the price was great. They have a huge selection, so there's something for everyone. The people were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I came here because my normal eye care place didn't have what I was looking for. They may have convinced me to bring the whole family!

My husband and I were very pleased with this LensCrafters store. Excellent customer service and eye exams! This is the happiest my husband has been with his glasses in years. We will be repeat customers in the future! Thank you so much for making our experience stress free and enjoyable.

Dr. Roth is probably the best optometrist I've ever seen. He explained everything clearly and helped me understand the best remedies for my eyes. Seth was wonderful on the sales floor. He was very patient as I took the time to decide on the best frames for me (I'm very indecisive) and then helped me apply my insurance in the most cost effective way. He also explained the difference between all the different lens options and while he had his recommendations, he didn't just push me to get the most expensive thing. I haven't bought glasses in years, but when it came to dealing with LensCrafters, they made the process very easy!
