Let me tell ya, Miss Heather got me set up with the cutest glasses that are perfect just for me. She went the extra mile to get me the best price possible, checking everything with my insurance, making sure my insurance didn’t have an extra savings and getting me every extra that worked best for what I needed with the lenses but not the extras I didn’t and all for better price than I had been getting for years! Oh please don’t change a thing at this store. I was so so pleased. Also this gal just brightened my day. Because I came in bummy and cranky and left with what felt like a new friend and just love her to pieces haha. This world needs more love, and joy spread like this. Just pure joy. It is contagious! Made my whole evening. Love my glasses so so much. The gentleman that fitted me with them took the extra time as well to be sure the fit well and that I was pleased. I was definitely blown away by the care given here. Y’all won my heart. I appreciate each of you! Thank you.🙏

The process here was rough. Took way too long to get my glasses, shipping delays were brutal, and it was hard to get any kind of status update along the way. I went two weeks without glasses, which are prescribed so I obviously need them, especially since my old pair broke. The staff wasn’t particularly pleasant either. With one major exception. Heather was absolutely incredible. Not sure what her exact role is but it’s a damn shame she isn’t just running the store. She was the only reason this experience was even remotely pleasant. She identified a weird delay in the lens manufacturing and connected the dots that the facility didn’t have my frames and was waiting on them before starting production. Quick thinking on her part, she ended up ordering the two items separately, which sped things up. I primarily shop online. I hate retail. But now I only want to buy glasses with Heather’s help. I consider myself an educated buyer and put a lot of research into everything I purchase, so I’ll often ask questions just to gauge a sales rep’s knowledge. She had a real grasp of the entire product line and the distribution side. Anything she didn’t know off the top of her head, she quickly found factual answers instead of guessing or making something up. If I’m in the Lee’s Summit area and need glasses, I’m coming here for her. Anywhere else, I’ll keep buying direct from Ray-Ban online.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

We had already been to two other glasses stores and couldn’t make a decision, but Heather and Lori were incredibly helpful! We saved 50%, and Lori was especially great at interacting with my daughter and helping her find glasses that she liked and that suited her well. As a parent, this was a huge win! After struggling at two other locations, we finally found the right glasses and had a great experience. We will definitely be coming back!
