Great place to get glasses. Oakley frames were 30% and Yesenia was an absolute sweetheart. She got me situated with the size and a style that I could get this morning and walk out of the store with a fresh set of frames to replace my broken ones. Thank guys. You guys are awesome.
I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters Store #2382, thanks to Sylvia! She quickly tightened and adjusted my loose glasses, gave them an incredible cleaning, and had them looking like new again. I was so impressed with the cleaning products she used that I purchased a package of the LensCrafters lens wipes—and they’re fantastic! Location is great. Able to do errands and shop at LensCrafters. The clinicians are very helpful and the technicians are nice. Quick to help me every time I’m there and is able to get hardware repairs fixed right away! Joe is very thorough in explaining what kind of glasses i should wear based on my prescription needs. Very knowledgeable about the warranty benefits and how to take care of my glases
My daughter and I recently visited this location and a lady by the name of Yesenia assisted us with picking out some glasses for my daughter. She was very patient and recommended styles that looked great on my daughter. She was very professional and even engaged in conversation as if we knew each other forever! I even bought a pair of glasses for myself because of the experience. We will be coming back just to see her and she even mentioned my insurance covers shades! Sylvia helped me fix some glasses I’d ordered online from Firmoo in like 10min, free of charge. So appreciative. The bows arrived super bent outwards and the glasses wouldn’t stay on my face. The front part was also bowed outwards from the nose and looked weird. They are perfect now! Thank you again Sylvia!
