Assistant Manager Alexandria was so helpful and informative. I came back to the location with a question about my PD for eyeglasses, and she helped me right away with no hassle. She was very kind, professional, and provided excellent follow-up service. I really appreciated her help!
The doctor was extremely professional. I was able to take care of my eyes and adjust it. It was an extremely smooth and professional eye doctor experience and I was able to have particular knee that I needed for my eyes covered. I also work with Alex after to pick out the right glasses frames and she gave me a whole lot of different options and choices and really worked with me for a good long amount of time to be able to support my needs and eventually came together to come up with the right approach for me. She was an excellent customer service person, and I certainly appreciate her support and help and explanation throughout the entire process.
Team Leader and young lady who took my initial order were not nice. After almost 2 hours of me listening to small talk whilst young lady was not being able to log in to the system, everything I asked not to be added was on the bill. Everything. I was called a liar, ‘dear you are a liar.’ I’m in my 50’s. The manger offered me a coupon. Ok great. The glasses which were ready after 4 days were blurry. I couldn’t see close up or from a distance. Team Leader told me they were for distance. I’m farsighted. She took no steps to apologize, instead she got defensive. She was curt. She was annoyed and putting it on me. After much frustration on my part, I was refunded. Not an ounce of accountability. Team Manager kept asking me what I wanted her to do. Then the manager started yelling at me, instead of defusing the situation. It is not a good vibe in there. I couldn’t have been nicer to the young lady or the team leader, but when you call me a liar, you are lying dear, then hand me glasses with a different prescription, it’s time to go. The Optometrist was nice.
Broke my glasses a hole in NYC, popped in here and they found a replacement frames— first pair was in $450 price range and then I said how about a cheaper option and they found me $150 frame and popped my prescription lenses in and I was good to go! What service and help!!! Love These guys!
Super friendly and prompt service! Customer service included replacing a missed screw. Highly recommend.
