LensCrafters

I had an excellent experience at LensCrafters from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right pair of glasses rather than just making a sale. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained my options clearly, and made sure everything fit comfortably before I left. The entire process was professional and efficient, and I appreciated how knowledgeable everyone was. It's refreshing to receive customer service where you feel like your time and needs actually matter. I left confident that I made the right choice and will definitely return for my future eye care and eyewear needs. I would highly recommend LensCrafters to anyone looking for quality service, knowledgeable staff, and an overall positive experience.

I want to give a special thank you to Grey at LensCrafters. My son’s glasses needed repair and Grey went above and beyond to help us. Not only was the repair done free of charge but Grey was also incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming throughout the entire process. What meant the most to me was that he never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. He genuinely seemed happy to help and that level of kindness is something you don’t forget. Thank you, Grey for your outstanding customer service and for taking such good care of my son. Small acts of kindness like yours make a big difference. We truly appreciate you and will definitely be returning to LensCrafters because of this wonderful experience.

The best place, with the best people working in here. I lost a screw of my glasses, I called them 20 minutes before their closure and made it there just few minutes before their closing time. They were extremely nice and welcomed me by the door and fixed the problem within 2 minutes and with no charge and smiling face! Can’t recommend the place enough! Literally the fastest and the best service I got in years!

I visited for an eye irritation at the Eastern Hills Lenscrafters and the female doctor who I saw provided great customer care. She was courteous, professional and thorough when discussing my eye health needs. Thank you Doctor and your welcoming staff.

I went to this location after a few years without an eye exam and Patty her team were amazing! Probably the most painless glasses experience ive ever had. Ill definitely be back!
