I always enjoy coming to this LensCrafters location. Everyone is friendly, professional, and makes the experience pleasant. That said, Joe is the reason I keep coming back. I always look for him whenever I visit. He is knowledgeable, professional, and never makes me feel pressured to buy anything. Instead, he takes the time to explain my options, offers honest recommendations, and helps me choose what works best for my needs and budget. His customer service is outstanding, and he consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied. Thank you, Joe, for another great experience! I had the pleasure of working with Martha at the Henrietta Lens Crafters and she was amazing. He knowledge of the products and her attention to details as she assisted me with my new glasses selection was probably the best glasses buying experience I have ever had. This was my first visit to the new LensCrafters location. I did not have an appointment, and was allowed to browse without being pestered. I was offered assistance upon entering, but the employees were all respectful of my space. When I finally did need some help, Katie was readily available and made the process smooth. She answered all of my questions, explained the optional add-ons, took time to vet my insurance to make sure I maximized my benefits. Very positive experience.

I had a fantastic visit. Greeted upon arrival by Martha, whom took care of helping me pick out frames and the entire check out process. She even helped me find the best price for my insurance coverage and the discounts that I was able to apply. All the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great experience from start to finish.

The new store in Henrietta is great! It’s very clean, has a great variety of frames, and the staff has excellent customer service. The doctor’s office is conveniently located there, and their team is professional and very helpful. Eden and Megan helped me at my most recent visit, and they were fantastic!
