South Town is like Ghost Town. It's a neglected shopping complex that has gone downhill. It's sad to see so many vacancies in the plaza. Parking lot is unkept and needs some serious attention. The owners just don't care about maintaining a vibrant destination place. The entry signs were destroyed by a car accident several months ago and nothing has been done to remedy the eye sore.

This is not a good place to start a new business. Communication is extremely difficult, and getting responses from management is a challenge. I personally leased a space there, but thankfully I never received the keys—even after four months of signing the lease. It ultimately took over a year to recover my $11,000 deposit, and that only happened after my lawyer was preparing to take legal action.

Run down. Only a couple stores actually open. Parking lot is a mess with deep pot holes and overgrown vegatation. Looks like the property owners gave up and abandoned the entire property

Ok, there are two places I go there (harbor freight and Brugers), but as for the mall itself? A dump. The parking lot is full of potholes, the lights aren’t maintained, shrubs overgrown or dying. It is a total dump
