My niece, who was visiting from out of state, and I stopped in to see if we could get an emergency pair of contacts. Michelle and all of the staff were so helpful in helping me to get her prescription faxed to them. We got what we needed for her to be able to see for the rest of her trip! We are so grateful for the excellent customer service and kindness.

My appointment was quick and easy. I was well-informed and instructed without being overwhelmed with information. Conversation flowed very easily and everyone was really kind and helpful. I loved chatting with my salesperson Esther as our screens loaded, she was very helpful and kind. I did have some trouble with an excess of confirmation requests previous to my appointment.

Had a great experience here. The eye exam was quick and thorough. Ryan was very helpful with my AI glasses and the differences in the adjustable and non-adjustable ones. Ryan also made sure to have me check my insurance portal because they offer discounts sometimes. Would definitely recommend going here.

My optometrist today was Ryan- the consummate professional! I've not experienced this level of customer service in many years. Too often, good customer service is the exception, not the rule- not with Ryan! She was friendly, courteous, and explained absolutely everything from start to finish. And there was absolutely zero pressure to purchase options I didn't want. It was such a pleasure to work with her! I gave Ryan five stars because that was the maximum available. If possible, I would have given her many more! But since I can't, give Ryan a raise!! :-)

The eye exam with dr. Carey was good and efficient. Michelle helped me pick up reading glasses today. She was very kind, helpful and took her time showing me a variety of glasses to choose from. I really appreciated her patience and good customer service.
