The entire staff here is amazing and so helpful! Everything from the eye exam itself to the frame fitting and checkout was fast, smooth, and efficient. The doctor was especially patient while working through a slight issue with one of my eyes, giving me a few trial options to test out before making a final decision. A huge shoutout to Sarah! She went completely above and beyond! I showed her a picture of one pair of frames I liked online, and she immediately pulled five incredible options. She has such a great eye for detail and helped me pick frames that perfectly complemented my jewelry, hair, skin tone, and makeup. Thanks to her guidance, I stepped out of my comfort zone with a bolder color, and I’m so glad I did! Sarah is friendly, personable, and an absolute rockstar. I purchased new pair of sunglasses about a month ago. I accidentally popped one on the lens out. Brought them in and they had them fixed within 10 mins. Made my day a lot better after fixing them. This team went above and beyond for me and really appreciate it!
