LensCrafters

This is my new store for glasses!!! Zackary helped me out big time. I drive and will continue to drive from canton to this location for the choices…many options that this store offers…. Well worth it.

Went in for my first eye exam ever. The staff and Dr. Daris were friendly and efficient, super easy experience. Afterwards, I had the daunting task of choosing my very first pair of glasses. I am picky and indecisive so I figured this would be agonizing. But Brad was wonderful! It was actually fun. I'm SO grateful that he gives his immediate honest opinions and he knows inherently what frame shapes complement certain face shapes. I still ended up trying on more than 2 dozen styles because he clearly was committed to making sure I was happy with my choices (I also chose sunglasses). He also explained all of the lens options well so it wasn't difficult to decide what upgrades I wanted and the ones I didn't. Thanks, Brad!!!

I had glasses made at the end of May 2026. They were perfect, and were ready in less than a week. All staff was pleasant. Ren & Brad were both very personable. I highly recommend this eyeglass store for quality and excellent customer service. J. Livingston

Brad Fowler is an excellent optician! He has helped me get the perfect fit with my glasses. He is very personable, polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. He is patient and listens carefully to the needs of the customer. I highly recommend him!

Came in today to see if I could get help with removing one lens of my grandfathers glasses , he recently had cataracts surgery on his right eye and couldn’t get the lens to pop out, so I took the glasses up to Lens Crafter. I spoke with a kind gentleman named Brad, who helped me get the glasses lens out, then offered to clean them for free gave me a case because i came in without one. He absolutely went above and beyond. I highly recommend this location !
