First time at lenscrafters and it was probably the most enjoyable experience i’ve been through. Everything went smoothly and the staff is very friendly. Be sure to ask for Brandon, he was a pleasure to be around and helped me and my family with everything. Overall an amazing experience and thanks alot Brandon!

Brought in my late grandfather's fairly new Ray-Ban Clubmasters for a simple nose pad replacement. They had brand-new prescription lenses and were in perfect condition. When returned, they were broken, badly bent, had a small chunk missing from one lens, and were handed to me in a bag. The manager offered 50% off new frames (that l'd have to pay for!) instead of taking responsibility. Promised to call me Monday -- never did. I've called multiple times, no response. This isn't just poor service - it's careless, unprofessional, and shows zero respect for customers or their property. I will be contacting corporate and the BBB I gave to many chance

Always have a great experience at this location. Dr. Ruecker and her team are amazing. Everything has been very smooth and transparent. My husband goes to this same location and agrees that this is probably one of the best offices we have been to for our eye exams and purchases.

Oh wow! The staff at this LensCrafters were phenomenal. They were so friendly and kind and knew how to work with my insurance. Constance and Brandon were the nicest people. I will be coming back just for them next time. 🫶
