I had such a great experience at LensCrafters from start to finish. Cassie remembered me when I came back in and immediately made me feel welcomed. She went above and beyond helping me find eyewear that actually fit my face shape and style, while also making sure I knew about all the promos and deals available. She was incredibly kind, patient, and even remembered my name, which made the experience feel very personal. Terrance was also amazing over the phone, he answered every single one of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. The whole team made the process smooth and stress free. The store itself was super clean, organized, and professional. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. 10/10 experience and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing an eye exam or new eyewear (:

This store was very very nice and I was helped by the employee Bobby, he was very helpful and super nice and just an amazing worker. He helped me with my broken glasses and was just so sweet, kind, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to fix my glasses and made the whole experience so easy and pleasant. I truly appreciated his kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you so much for going above and beyond to help me!

We came in today and we were just looking around to find some glasses to take home with us. After a few minutes, Mark swooped in and saved us. For the rest of our time there, he (unprompted) helped us find the perfect glasses, he was hilarious and made the experience so fun and memorable - something you wouldn’t expect from you’re glasses appointment! Mark was amazing, helpful, and all around awesome!! Ask for him if you go to the lens crafters at Washington square mall! The manager Kelly (I think was her name) was also such a sweet cutie!!

Faye was best optician I ever had pleasure to meet. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Very kind person and I ended up getting two pairs of glasses with her assistance. Whatever you pay her, it’s not enough! She is the kind of person who would draw people to recommend the place to friends and family.

I purchased a pair of prescription glasses and regular sunglasses from Lenscrafters recently. Store Manager Kelley Thompson, provided exceptional customer service by going above and beyond in her normal duties as a sales person to ensure I received the appropriate frames needed to meet the requirements necessary to accommodate my lenses. I was impressed with her knowledge and the fact that she worked with me until we could resolve the issue of finding the appropriate sized frames. I was never rushed, she took the necessary time needed to do the job correctly and professionally. Kelley's actions deserve to be recognized. In addition, when I returned to the store to pick-up my glasses, Lab Technician Terrance Peterson, greeted me immediately, and provided excellent customer service fitting me with my new glasses and providing needed documentation for paperwork in needed to be filled out. It was a pleasant first time experience at this store and will return as needed for future business.
