had a great experience with Lenscrafters on Laurens Rd. this morning. Michael was very helpful. Store was clean, and condusive to looking for new frames. I just wish prescription glasses did not cost so much. Thanks Lenscrafters

Laura was so helpful and fun to be around. In fact, several employees— all with cool glasses— were great! We drove an hour to get to the store and were happy we did. Worth the time for the benefit of a positive experience. Thanks Greenville LensCrafters!
Excellent location, well staffed and large selection. Everyone was very helpful. My son's frames broke in gym class, we left within 20 mins with new glasses in hand!
The selection of sunglasses is meh. I ordered both regular and prescription sunglasses glasses. I didn’t like my sunglasses because they were supposed to be gradient and the person who helped me added polarized onto them so they are not gradient. I did go back within the 30 days and they would have replaced/exchanged or reimbursed. I just wanted prescription sunglasses and could not find any that I liked in this store, the one at Haywood or on the website. I have gone to LC in IL for years and was always able to find frames I liked. Not sure if they dropped certain designer brands or just decided to limit styles but I won’t go back to LC. When my glasses came in they didn’t fit them to me. I had to request and then went back twice because they were loose and not even. I have never had to do that before. It was odd.
They fixed my wife’s beloved pair of reading glasses in about five minutes for no charge. Definitely will come here again when I need glasses replaced or repaired.
