Many thanks to this shop! I would like to thank the wonderful staff—especially a young woman I believe is named Aria—who repaired my glasses in no time. I highly recommend them. This was my first visit, and I will definitely become a regular customer.

My experience with them was very disappointing. The front desk was unhelpful, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. I had to wait much longer than expected, and communication about my appointment and treatment was poor. The overall experience felt rushed, and I left without feeling confident that my issues had been properly addressed. I expected better professionalism and care, especially for something as important as my eyesight. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

Came in b/c the nose pads on my sunglasses broke off. Asked if they could replace em. Told me yes but they had to special order a new pair. Finally Jose was able to fix em! Thanks again brother

I accidentally broke my sunglasses, but the staff was able to repair them very quickly. All of the staff were polite and friendly.

Giovanni (Firewheel location) is the BEST SERVICE I ever had. I’ve been going to Lencrafters for years. The service was always good, but Giovanni is top-notch! Thank you, Giovanni for all you do! keep that smile on your face and a positive energy! It looks good on you ☀️
