I needed urgent repair on my Ray-Ban glasses. I drove to other locations and finally, Tyler @ Lens Crafters at Woodlands TX solved my problem. She replaced my nose pcs with a better quality matching Ray-Ban standard, tightened my lenses that were popping out and made sure it all worked for me. Great friendly service. The store has great selections too. Highly recommend.

Tyler was diligent and patient with me as I was looking for gold rounded frames glasses. Eventually she found a pair at a good price that fit my face well. Ryan then helped me order the frames and educated me about anti glare lenses and the difference between regular lenses. When I picked up my glasses a week later, both of them remained patient and helpful with me in adjustment of the nose pads. It took a while as they attempted to get the fit comfortable for me. I do appreciate their attention.
