Jasmine was Amazing! She took her time and was very patient. The other girls were very nice too. Mandy i think was one of the ones that helped. I was greeted immediately upon walking in by someone else, i do not have her name but they were all so nice. Jasmine really listened and offered good advice. I definitely recommend them.

I must say I been coming here for years and have gotten most of sunglasses from here. I don't like wasting my time so I called ahead to get my lenses put in my sunglasses. The lense are glass which is I couldn't do them myself. On the phone they assured me they could take care me today. Upon arrival they tell they cant do it today and tell they told me over the phone. I wouldn't drive 30 minutes out of my way to turn back around. Please be aware with these type of people. These where two heavy set and well rounded Caucasian women that will lie to you.
Walked in on May 28th, ordered 4 frames online and picked the right one in-store. Simple enough. I physically wrote my shipping address on a sticky note for the associate (9808 [street]), confirmed the 7-14 business day window, and left feeling fine. Then everything fell apart. Called a week later, they told me it'd arrive by end of week. Called again on Sunday June 14th because I still had nothing, no glasses, no email, no voicemail, no confirmation of any kind. They told me there was no manager available. Called back Monday June 15th and suddenly I'm being told the order was already "delivered" on June 9th with a confirmation email AND a call. Nothing in my inbox, nothing in my voicemail, nothing anywhere. Then I asked where they shipped it. They said 9809. I wrote 9808. On a sticky note. In person. At their store. They shipped my glasses to the wrong address, never actually reached me, and then acted like this was somehow news to me. No accountability, no urgency, no manager on a Sunday. Just confusion and runaround for weeks. TLDR: Wrote my address down for them in person. They shipped it to the wrong address anyway, claimed they notified me (they didn't), and had zero accountability when I followed up. Avoid.
Huge shoutout to Ivana! Super professional and kind. She helped me with my sunglasses adjustment that my wife bought for me. She got them to fit great! Highly recommend her! Thanks
Alejandra was great ! She was very kind and patient in listening to my concerns. She was able to dispel my misgivings and cleared a path for a pleasant sells experience. LensCrafters at this location seems to be the destination for eyewear. During my midweek visit they had a steady stream of people strolling in for a visit and back out. They have a very nice spacious store with a great selection of eyewear and plenty of tables, chairs and mirrors to evaluate your selections , be fitted, and finalize your order details.
