I had a wonderful experience at Heartland Eyecare (LensCrafters) this morning. I was late for my appointment because of unexpected traffic, and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to have my eye exam. The lady at the reception desk was incredibly kind and understanding about my situation. She helped me throughout the whole process and was able to let me in for my exam even though I arrived late. I truly appreciate her kindness, patience, and great customer service. I wish I know her name. I’m so thankful for how she treated me and helped make everything less stressful. I would give this location more than a 10/10 if I could! Highly recommend!

bought my first pair of eyeglasses at this location on 4/22/26. The sales person was fantastic, worked with me, got me fit and measured and everything came back perfectly fitting and even faster than anticipated. Unfortunately the lenses are already having multiple scratches on both sides and they literally get taken care of so well. Only approved LensCrafters solution with their cleaning cloth etc. After some research I found out that it’s pretty much the norm with their lenses so my next pair will be from somewhere else where they use higher quality lenses like Zeiss.

Tania is the best!! She’s been so very helpful and understanding of my crazy work schedule! She shipped my lenses to a closer location that I was going to be at so I could get them fixed sooner. Rock star customer service!

The staff was wonderful! All extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for glasses!

I would without a doubt always recommend this branch of LensCrafters to anyone who is looking to get eye glasses. Especially Jared, who is both knowledgeable and experienced in helping you find your style for eyewear. He found some fantastic frames for me to look at and totally captured my style. Can’t speak highly enough of this young man.
