Glasses promised in 7-10 days. Ordered two pairs with sale at a very reasonable price given my prescription. Received first pair exactly one week later (7 days) and the second pair the following day (8 days). Optician assisted me with selecting frames. The designer frames I selected were $59. I have received a lot of compliments on my new glasses!

Terrible service every time I walk in here. Service agent refuses to multi task and will follow a customer around helping them choose a frame. Ran in to buy contacts and was told “it’s going to be awhile, I’m with this customer....” while she watches him walk around looking at frames. Always out of stock and bad service. Just shut down already.

Wow the manager was so helpful in finding my perfect pair of glasses!! Super friendly staff, will be taking the whole family here for our optical needs!!
