Dear LensCrafters Springfield, VA, I would like to recognize Briza for her excellent customer service. I came into the store very frustrated because my eyeglass frames were causing itching, pimples around my nose, and scratches behind my ears. Briza was extremely helpful, patient, and attentive. She carefully identified the problem, helped me find a comfortable frame, and made sure I received a good prescription at a reasonable price. Because of Briza’s excellent service and the care she showed me, I have decided to continue coming to Lens rafters store for my future eyewear need. Great experience. The employee who assisted me understood what size frame I would need to accommodate my prescription. She provided a variety of frames, colors and shapes for me to try. There was no chance of falling in love with a frame that didn't work with my prescription, an experience I've had in the past.

We had the absolute best experience at Lens Crafters in Springfield Va. Arcenio and Briza were such a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond for us and as long as they at this location, we will keep coming back! Thank you for taking such good care of us! Have a blessed day!

I am sad to be leaving a bad review of this place. It was spectacular for years. The people who work here are still wonderful. The problem is that corporate has decided to fire ALL their optometrists and begin making their glasses overseas. Lenscrafters has always been a bit more expensive, but it was in exchange for quick high quality service. Theyve kept the prices high and gotten rid of the quick high quality service. The last set of glasses I bought from them (approximately 1 year ago) got COMPLETELY scratched up within 3 months, and the new replacement pair was reasonably scratched up 9 months later. I am on my 3rd pair from my 1 year warranty. I paid for the scratch resistant surface, and i have only had issues with scratches one time before, and it was less substantial but was the previous set a year prior. I decided to post this today because my dad just callex me and told me he could barely see out of his (lenscrafters) glasses because they are so scratched up. So beyond the fact that it takes 4-6 weeks to get your glassses instead of sn hr, im pretty sure they have enshittified their scratch resistant product.

Five stars for everything - service, selection, explanations, location (plenty of parking)! Abiy and Mahelet were wonderful and great at what they do! I highly recommend this location! I'm adding to this review. I've since had to go to the store two more times. Each time Abiy assisted. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. The whole experience of buying glasses has been top notch!
