I recently purchased Chanel blue light glasses and found that they were very loose. So, I figured I’d come to Lens Crafters and see if they could help. Indeed, Sara took good care of me! My glasses fit well and I’m pleased. I definitely will be back to purchase prescription glasses with Sara!

The staff members were super friendly and made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. Specifically, Jill was exceptionally helpful in assisting me with choosing the right pair of glasses. She was very patient and provided excellent feedback and information about frame styles, lenses, etc. she even went so far as to help adjust and fit a couple of pairs of sunglasses I needed altered. Thank you so much Jill and the rest of the staff!
The Steers optometry was great. Friendly and helpful staff( love when a techs can laugh with you). And the Dr was fabulous! . A young female doctor was extremely helpful and caring. Highly recommend. The LensCrafters next door were great to. I went at an unbusy time so I was cared for right away. . The gentleman was great. Though I couldn’t get my glasses that day, he assured me must of the time it’s not 7-10 days. And he was right! Got my glasses within 4 days! Very happy!!!
I recently took my mother there for glasses. Assistant Manager Sara provided exceptional service! She walk us through all options and even provided feedback on best fit/style. She walk my mother through the process and was extremely kind. Because of her service I returned and purchased glasses for myself. It was such a great experience.
I’ve been coming to this office for about three years now for my eye exams, contacts, and glasses, and I genuinely think the doctors here are excellent. That’s why I’ve continued to return and recommend the practice. Unfortunately, my most recent experience with the front desk was disappointing. When they called ahead of my appointment, the receptionist came across as short and a bit impatient. I brushed it off at the time, but when I arrived, the interaction felt similarly dismissive. She informed me that I had no insurance coverage and would need to pay out of pocket, without much effort to double-check or assist further. Wanting to be sure, I walked next door to their optical office and asked if they could review my benefits. Within just a couple of minutes, they were able to print everything out and confirm that I did, in fact, have coverage. They even mentioned, kindly, that some of the newer associates are still gaining experience. I completely understand that mistakes happen, especially when someone is new. That said, tone and attitude go a long way - especially when dealing with loyal, returning patients. I hope the front desk team can improve in both communication and thoroughness, as it would make a big difference in the overall experience.
