Exceptional experience. Nadia was patient, clear with instructions and friendly. Went above and beyond with helping me adjust the frame and replace the pads on an old pair of glasses as well as answering any questions that may have popped into my head. Very much appreciated.

Prompt service and communication were excellent. Kayla went over and beyond my expectations. I wanted to add lenses to an old frame but Kayla priced both costs. I landed on a new frame and lenses for less than my lenses alone. That’s Service Culture in my book.

After going to Vision Plus and having a bad experience specifically with the glasses order (Doctors were great on the flip side), I took my prescription and knew I needed to go somewhere else. I went into LensCrafters and had such a great experience. Customer service was excellent, no one was being pushy about trying to upsell anything, and the selection was overall pretty good. Amber, I believe her name is, was a total sweetheart and helped me figure out the best options with my insurance and just made me feel very comfortable. When I asked her about warranties, she was very upfront about the 30-day return policy or they have a one-year scratch/damage warranty for only $45 extra. I'm really glad that I came here and would definitely recommend this store.
