LensCrafters

I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters thanks to Keith Lorentz. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, respectful, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right frame for my glasses. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Keith’s customer service was truly top-notch. He made the entire process easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. It’s rare this day and age to find someone who is both an excellent salesman and someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. I left feeling confident in my purchase and appreciated how helpful and personable he was throughout the entire visit. If you’re visiting the Silverdale LensCrafters, I highly recommend asking for Keith. Thank you again for such a great experience!

Great selection of frames to try on and everyone we worked with at this location was amazing. Dr. Tracy Knight is a caring professional with a great deal of patience. He is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely kind. It felt like getting your eyes checked by your grandpa in the best way possible. In my opinion, they have very reasonable pricing on quality frames and lenses, along with impressive diagnostic equipment. We never felt pressured to buy frames or insurance and were even told we could change our minds later if we decided to. I fully support this business. It is a great group of people.

went in just to look at some prescription sunglasses and they had a lot of good options. As soon as someone was available I was greeted and offered help. Michael went over pricing and options that made the purchase fast and easy. Been here twice now and both experiences were amazing. will recommend to family and friends.

Had a normal visit with Dr. Knight… which, as usual was phenomenal! A true professional and very informative as his ability to explain in detail eye care and condition, has been unmatched in my 40+ years of seeing an eye doctor (~ 10 years w/ Dr. Knight). I then got to go glasses shopping with the assistance of Keith, another long time history in dealing with him at Lens Crafters! He once again was his normal and exceptional self as a highly knowledgeable and professional tech in helping navigate the large selection of makes & models of eye wear. I thank them both and HIGHLY recommend anyone to visit them in the Kitsap Mall!

Keith at the Silverdale store assisted both my husband and I with ordering new glasses. It was a pleasure working with him. He was super helpful and patient. We’ve shopped here since moving to the area, and every interaction has been great. Just love that they will adjust frames whenever needed!
