I honestly came in expecting to be let down because I wanted the lenses from my old broken glasses put into new frames I bought and wasn't sure if it was something that would cost a lost of money let alone if they would even do it since I bought them from Target optical originally and yes I'm naming them because they completely let me down and LensCrafters did the EXACT opposite! Not only did they reframe the lenses with the new frames, they adjusted them for me as well and I was out of the door with 20. I'm not even kidding. This was HANDS DOWN one of my best experiences with any retailer for anything I've bought. They completely blew me away with how quick, and painless that process was! This low key feels like a paid advertisement but it's not I was just really happy about my glasses! 🥹

Bought my glasses at LENSCRAFTERS in Florida.. this morning the lens popped out and I couldn't get it back in. Called this location unbelievably nice came down and they immediately fixed it and they didn't charge me for it at all.. that's phenomenal customer service.. 2 and a half years later and they fixed it... highly recommend 👌 The lady when you walk in straight ahead helped me.. she was awesome 👌

Great experience. Hassan helped me pick out glasses in May (and sunglasses) within literally minutes and I loved both choices! I will continue to go here for the great customer service.

Amazing customer service! I first purchased glasses here in 2024 and have since purchased a pair for my daughter and a new pair for myself due to an updated prescription. The customer service here is fantastic! As I was sitting waiting to be helped, I couldn’t help but notice how pleasant the employees were to the people they were helping. Linda, who took care of me, took her time going over my order and making sure I’d be happy with my purchase. The exceptional customer service is why I will return again and again. Thank you!

Amy was amazing. My daughter's glasses broke at her dad's and I looked up places to go, on a Sunday afternoon. We got there 5 minutes to close and Amy was able to fix them no problem. Thank you. Now she can see for school.
