I went on two separate occasions. When browsing on my first trip, Dee Dee did a great job of recommending a style of glasses. She also gave me plenty of time to check out other frames. On my second visit, I made my final selection for a regular pair of glasses, as well as a pair of sunglasses. Martin helped me with the check out process. He did the appropriate research to see if my insurance, Physician’s Mutual, could be applied. He found out that it could be used for my purchase. He was very patient, polite and thorough during the entire process. LensCrafters at the Parks Mall has a great selection of frames and great customer service. I highly recommend them.

EDIT: I want to clarify that the individuals that I have interacted with have been kind and professional. They took their time to help me find the frames and lenses that fit my lifestyle and make me confident. BUT What keeps this from being a five-star review is the communication around the timing of when the glasses would be received. They quote a timeline of 10 to 14 days (two weeks) to receive my glasses. However, in my case it was actually three weeks. My preference would be have a more realistic timeline quoted, so I can better manage expectations and make more informed decisions.

dee dee was amazing. The people who work at stanton optical where i got my glasses refused to help me fix my $200 pair of glasses i bought from them after 1 week of having them. i went to lens crafter in the parks mall and when I walked into Lens Crafter she immediately greeted me and asked me what I needed help with. I explained the situation and she fixed my glasses frame in under 2 minutes. absolutely amazing and she didn’t charge me anything. Highly recommend asking for her if you go to that store. it is a very good location and have amazing staff! again ask for Dee Dee!

Martin and Megan are awesome and so helpful!! Absolutely the best service ever Fix my fiancé’s glasses after he sat on them and they’re perfect. They are the best team ever!!
