Joanna is nothing short of a magician! Pleasant, accommodating, and genuinely fun to work with, she somehow found the exact frame to fit my lenses when I thought it was impossible. Her craftsmanship was flawless, and she exceeded every expectation. She truly lives up to, and even surpasses her outstanding reputation.

I came to this location to basically window shop designs. Cierra Morris was kind and extremely helpful even though I shared that i would be ready until after my ophthalmic exam. The store was clean and I really enjoyed the experience. I promised to come back when I have my new prescription. Its a promise I intend to keep. I can't wait to have e Cierra help me order my new Eyewear. Thanks for having such a friendly helpful atmosphere, it made window shopping enjoyable. Ron
Cierra is the BOMB!! Excellent customer service, I genuinely thought I was speaking to the manager until she informed me she was only an associate. I feel like a promotion is needed! She helped me find a pair of frames that made me feel so confident in!! I will definitely be coming back to this location because of the way Cierra made this shopping experience great!!
I like this place. They’re very professional, welcoming, and friendly. They did not pressure me to get anything like most places do. If anything, they’re more focused on what I NEED. They booked my appointment next door to an optometrist. I thought they’re booking an appointment for them. About the place next door, that’s a whole different great review. They’re very knowledgeable to say the least. I didn’t even know I have vision insurance, they found that out on their own. Talk about courtesy! They know how these things work, including my company’s health benefit card. They’ll literally want you to pay close to nothing out of pocket! I highly recommend them and I’ll definitely come back for their excellent service!
