Harith did a great job! He was very attentive and guided me every step to get my lenses replaced and also with the long journey of finding the next new right pair of glasses. Great attitude and personable!

I’m getting married in 3 days and I currently wear transition lenses. My wedding is outdoors and I don’t want to be in sunglasses in my photos. So I came to LensCrafters and Harith took great care of me. I walked in and explained my situation and said I only want frames as I do not have time for a full prescription. He didn’t hover over my shoulder or hound me like some glasses stores. He showed me additional options, fitted my glasses to my face, and even cleaned the lenses of the glasses I was wearing. I got a great pair of frames at a great price. Perfect for my big day. That was one bit of stress that was relived from a very stressful week leading up to my ceremony. Thank you Harith for making my day.
Very disappointed with our recent experience at LensCrafters. This weekend, we were given a pair of expired contact lenses. We only discovered it after getting home. I called the next day to report the issue, but the staff member did not apologize at all. She only said that we needed to bring the expired lenses back to the store for an exchange. Providing expired contact lenses is unacceptable, especially for a product related to eye health. I expected much better customer service and much more care in handling a mistake like this.
My optical salesman Harith was magnificent and insightful. I came in today needing a pair of glasses, and he showed and explained everything about the smart glasses I was interested in. I ended up purchasing the Oakley Metas and couldn’t be happier! I was treated with professionalism and respect, received great inside information, and left feeling really good about my purchase. Thank you so much for your assistance, Harith!!
On April 15, 2026, my father and I visited LensCrafters and met Ms. Valerie, an optician who kindly helped us with our issue. She truly saved the day by repairing my dad’s eyeglass handle and straightening the hinge where the screw connects the handle to the frame. Our little brother’s dog had chewed both handles, and one of the screws had come loose from the hinge. We deeply appreciate your excellent customer service and quick response in fixing the glasses. Thanks to your help, my dad was able to avoid the expense of purchasing a new frame. We sincerely thank you for your kindness and swift assistance—you completed the repair in less than 10 minutes. Many thanks, Ms. Valerie, for your exceptional service!
