I saw Dr. Hasselbrink and he was great! I brought my old frames to get lenses in and was helped by Deric and Becky and they were extremely helpful and so kind. He even fixed up my old frames. Much better experience than some places I have had in town. Definitely recommend, I will come back for sure!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I walked into this store fully intending to purchase a new pair of prescription glasses. I spent several minutes inside, and despite multiple employees being present, not a single person greeted me, acknowledged my presence, or even said, “We’ll be with you shortly.” I eventually walked out. I have worked in retail, so I understand that employees get busy. That’s exactly why I never leave negative reviews. However, basic customer service starts with acknowledging the customer. It takes five seconds and costs nothing. I left questioning whether I was invisible or simply not worth anyone’s time. Either way, that’s not the experience anyone should have when they’re ready to spend their money. Management should seriously revisit the fundamentals of customer service. You didn’t lose someone who was just browsing, you lost a customer who walked in ready to buy and walked out because no one could be bothered to say hello.
Deric , was happy, friendly, funny & got sh- the job done ! Very helpful. Went over prices thoroughly, helped make the best choice for me. This man also needs the positive reviews for his gouchi diapers. No persons were harmed in the making of this experience rating.
I have been going to LensCrafters for years. But never have I had such great customer service as I have had recently with Deric. He is so fun and so knowledgeable that it is hard to compare to anything else. Thank you for such a great experience!
Great experience! Everyone was friendly and informative. Very detailed when explaining the differences with frames and lens. I had a guy named Deric who went above and beyond to help me pick out the best frames/lens for my needs. I don’t have the best of vision so I always worry about looking like I have bottle caps or looking like a minion. I don’t want my glasses looking like I can see tomorrow in them. Sure enough he was able to tell me the best lens and quality frames that were made perfectly for me. The lens weren’t thick and weird looking and for the frame of my face so perfectly. More than anything Deric helped me find a stylish pair of glasses because there are so many to choose from. I not only want quality frames but I want my glasses to look stylish and sleek. Thank you Deric.
