Went in once to have my frames tightened before work since they were a bit loose from daily wear after a year and a half meeting with passing out in them on accident. My frames are plastic and have no way to remove the lenses other than pushing them. For some reason he decided to remove the lenses to readjust the frames for my head. After not only getting them absolutely filthy, I found out while sitting there that he'd caused stress marks on my lenses. I told him that there were lines that weren't there before and he continuously told me it was because of how I clean them, basically putting the blame on me. After an angry call to the store I found out he was the manager and refused to address the issue, arguing the entire time that what he did was common practice, which if you ask any eyecare center they will tell you that's not the case.
