Riverside Family Eye Care is absolutely outstanding! The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. They use the latest technology, which really gives you confidence that you’re getting top-quality eye care. Their prices are very reasonable, and they accept a variety of insurance plans, making everything super convenient and stress-free. Dr. Lisa is especially wonderful—she is extremely knowledgeable, takes her time with each patient, and truly cares about finding the best solutions for your vision needs. Having the second location in Clive, Iowa is also very helpful and convenient, especially since the Davenport location is not open every day. Overall, I highly recommend Riverside Family Eye Care for anyone looking for excellent service, modern care, and a team that genuinely cares about their patients!

I love Dr. Nix! She has been the only eye doctor to take the time to get my prescription correct. She listens and takes time with each patient. Maybe this is why you might wait a little? Yes, it can be difficult to get an appointment at times, but it is worth the effort! This office sees Medicare patients, puts lenses in frames you already have and may be the only place in the QC who does! I am glad they are here! Thank you Dr Nix and staff!

My son recently failed an eye exam. After not knowing how to start the process of any of it, this facilities staff was right there to help me through it all. Breaking down every option through insurance and without. The doctor Lisa Nix was so sweet and caring to my 9 year old who was very nervous about being there. No matter how many questions I had, they answered all of them with no annoyance or hesitation. Recommend them for any eye care needs!!

The 2 students who helped me put my contacts in for the first time worked as a team to help me. They were very personable, helpful, and supportive! The lady w brown hair and glasses also accommodated me by giving me new nose pads & tightening my glasses for me afterward with a smile on her face. Dr Nix was amazing as always & helped inform me on other things to be aware of. Staff is amazing always and these lovely ladies are so patient. Thank you!!!!
