We had an absolutely wonderful experience at LensCrafters thanks to Assistant Manager Jaymi S. From the moment we walked in, Jaymi went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. Her knowledge and professionalism were outstanding. She took the time to thoroughly explain every option, answer all of our questions, and make sure we felt confident in every decision. What truly stood out was her patience and efficiency. Even while balancing a busy environment, Jaymi never made us feel rushed and handled everything quickly and seamlessly. She was incredibly helpful with navigating our insurance benefits and made what is usually a daunting process feel like someone else is there in your corner. Most importantly, Jaymi showed exceptional kindness and personal care toward my 5-year-old daughter. She made her feel comfortable, included, and excited (even the week wait for her "superhero glasses") throughout the visit, which made a huge difference for us as parents. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise, efficiency, and genuine compassion so naturally. Jaymi S. is an incredible asset to LensCrafters, and because of her, we will absolutely be returning and recommending this location to others. Thank you for such an outstanding customer experience!

Rahima provided me a 5 star experience throughout each step of my buying process. She was extremely attentive by helping me choose frames that complemented my features and worked well with my lifestyle. She also gave me her professional opinion on what type of lenses would be best. I highly recommend choosing this LensCrafters location for purchasing your glasses and contact lenses. Thank you Rahima!
Leeann at LensCrafters in Princeton was extraordinary. She assisted me with picking frames that looked nice on me and was very patient with me also. I’ve always had exceptional customer service at the LensCrafters at Princeton Marketfair!!!
The right leg of my glasses was bent due to a blow at a pickleball session. I asked an eye-care place tried to fix it for me, and they did their best to adjust it. However, the two legs still looked oddly unbalanced. I stopped by at LensCrafters at the MarketFair in Princeton. Mishant Soni first checked when I purchased the pair and whether I had a protection plan. Knowing this was an older pair (still looks new as I only wear them during sports and driving), he offered to help correct the deformed leg, but also warned me this would be a risky task as the thin leg might too fragile and might break. I said I would accept the worst outcome. After a few minutes, to my surprise, he came back with my glasses totally restored to its original condition - unbelievable! Thank you Mishant, for your timely help and great technique. I will be so happy to wear this pair during my vacation next week!
I had a very disappointing experience at LensCrafters. I went in to replace only the frame of my prescription glasses because my current prescription works perfectly fine. After I chose a frame with the help of an employee, I asked if they could simply measure the prescription from my existing glasses and make the new lenses with the same prescription. She told me that was not possible and insisted I needed a new eye exam. Based on her advice, I scheduled the exam and paid $119 in cash. After the exam, the doctor told me that they actually could have measured the prescription from my current glasses since I was seeing well with them. That means the eye exam was unnecessary for what I wanted, and I paid $119 for nothing because I was given incorrect information by the employee. I spoke with the manager, who apologized and said he would speak with the employee, but I never heard back from him. I wasn’t offered a refund or any compensation. I’m very disappointed with the lack of honesty and follow-up. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this LensCrafters location based on my experience.
