I had such a wonderful visit today. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The customer service was outstanding, and they made the whole experience feel effortless. A special shout‑out to Jack, who absolutely made my daughter’s day by finishing her glasses the same day and sending her home with the biggest smile!

Laurie was excellent! She helped my mother with her glasses as she damaged them so bad! She took great care of her glasses and helped us out! great service and would recommend her service to friends and family.

Linda Marcus was incredible at the this location. She was kind, patient and hilarious. Created a really welcoming environment and it was an absolute pleasure to work with. She's very knowledgable and walked me through the entire process with a smile on her face.

I had an experience with the manager, Alison that was extraordinary. She absolutely went out of her way completely to make sure that my son had his glasses the way he needed them. Absolutely above and beyond what she normally probably does, but she did it for me and it made me as a customer feel very special. I just recently found out she’s been with you for 32 years. That is fantastic! Well deserving to be called manager

Linda M. at the Wellington, FL store was fantastic. I lost my glasses and she went out of her way to get me the best price for replacements, and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The technology used at Lenscrafters is amazingly good. Last 3 pairs of glasses: PERFECT. As they should be immediately when you put them on. If they tell you you need to "get used to it" - they're lying. I trust them at Lenscrafters.
