One of the best optical experiences I ever had. Dr. Reiter is the very best Eye Doctor ever, she has been taking care of family members for years. Derek and Alex was fantastic in helping myself and my wife in picking out glasses. Robyn gave us great pretest services and very friendly smile. Checking out with Cassandra was great ,fast, and easy. The whole staff are amazing too. Thank you for being so great.

I had my annual visit and scheduled my teenage son’s first visit at the same time. Things couldn’t have gone more smoothly, and that my son felt completely comfortable through his exam and choosing his first pair of glasses made it an even greater win! The staff is ALWAYS friendly and professional - from Dr. Reiter, to her assistant Andrea, to Alex assisting with options for glasses, to the warm young woman doing the pictures etc and the helpful woman at the front desk (whose names escape me now) - all did, as always, a wonderful job of making me/us feel comfortable and aware that we’re in good hands!

I had such a great experience at this eye doctor’s office. The entire office is beautiful, modern, cozy, and very well lit. They have so many state-of-the-art gadgets and advanced technology, which made me feel confident I was getting the best care possible. The front desk staff was welcoming, professional, and very organized from the moment I walked in. The doctor was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Overall, the whole experience felt comfortable, efficient, and high-end. Highly recommend!

My husband and I went in for our very first eye exams together. Had no clue what we were doing but the staff was super friendly. They were definitely busy as well but we still felt addressed and taken care of. Robert was the only optometrist there at the time and not only did he help walk ins with repairs but he catered to all my questions and helped us find the right pair of glasses for us. He was very patient and friendly. Just got our glasses today!

I am so thankful for the team at Professional Family Eyecare. From the moment I walked in the doors, I felt welcomed and truly cared about. All of the staff were genuinely kind and took their time to walk me through every piece of the process, including exams, picking glasses, and understanding my insurance benefits. My contacts and glasses were supposed to take two weeks to be ready, but my contacts were sitting at my doorstep just a few days later and glasses were ready exactly one week after my appointment. I’m so happy to have found this office and looking forward to now bringing my children here, too.
