I had an absolutely amazing experience with DNA Group and LensCrafters at 75th Avenue and Thomas! Sheila Nolen provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I found exactly what I needed. What impressed me the most was how she was able to help multiple customers at the same time while still making each person feel like a priority. She never seemed rushed, stayed friendly throughout my visit, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Outstanding service like Sheila’s is hard to find these days. Alyson was absolutely amazing! She helped me understand the importance of getting an eye exam even though I didn’t think I needed one, after i had taken my wife for an eye appointment. She took the time to help me choose the perfect pair of glasses. She is always smiling, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her customers. Highly recommend coming to this specific location!. I’ve been a LensCrafters customer for years, but at this location specifically received the BEST service I’ve ever had. Taylor and Kasey took care of my wife and I . Both those women deserve raises!

The staff at LensCrafters did an amazing job at all levels, Eye Dr, sales representatives (Taylor) and others unsure of the other reps name. Went in with vision issues headaches eye strain, the Dr did one of the most in depth exams iv had to rule out eye issues and made me feel confident that my eyes are healthy and strong, the staff then took a incredibly hands on experience to picking the right type of glasses even helping add a small progressive reading thing at the bottom cause she remembered our early call when I explained my issues, she clearly enjoys her job and helping customers correct a big part of their life! Definitely 10/10

Sheila was extremely kind and helpful from the very start. It was nice going in with an idea in mind of what pair of glasses and even getting some input and recommendations by her. It’s always awesome to come across genuinely kind people.
