Lenscrafters

Customer consultant Reyna and Dr. Kimball at LensCrafters were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, polite, and truly took the time to help me go through many different glasses to find the perfect fit. Reyna was patient and knowledgeable throughout the process, and Dr. Kimball made the exam experience comfortable and informative. Their excellent customer service and attention to detail made the entire visit enjoyable. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a great experience and a team that genuinely cares about their customers!

All the staff was so welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in to the time I said goodbye. The optician was very sweet and made me feel comfortable. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Made me understand what was going on and needed, or rather didn't need. The next optician was extremely helpful to choose my frames. I would definitely recommend and go back again.

Everyone at this location was so kind, professional and personable!! I was assisted by Grace and Derek for checking in and out. They were both so sweet, and very knowledgeable. Grace got me in and out of the rental imaging, all while being so friendly and professional. Derek was amazing too! He gave me input on what frames looked best with my face shape, and was just overall a kind human while he assisted with the check out. Of course, Dr. Tasman was also very professional and made sure I had the best prescription that would work for me, and some other recommendations about my eye health. Overall 10/10! I will be coming back next year :)

Derrick was helpful like always. We appreciate him always taking the time to help us out. He's patient, kind, and knows his stuff. Thanks Derrick. Today Carissa helped me and she was great! So patient and helpful. Thank you for helping me out.

Jacob you are the best!!! I had an eye examination at the Optometrist on Saturday 3/21. I went over to LensCrafters in hopes of finding a specific pair of Tiffany eyeglasses. What I got instead was excellent service with a beautiful smile ( I am a dental hygienist and I know a smile from a great heart when I see it) I left with 3 pair of progressive eyeglasses! Jacob was so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and attentive! My Mom and I will be back! I brought Prada, a nicer pair of Tiffany frames than the one that I liked originally and a pair of Tory Burch frames! I think I am set for a little while! Thank you Jacob, Sesy and Derek for all your assistance. We closed the store😆💯♥️ This was my first time ever buying my eye glasses at Lenses Crafters but now I shall be a loyal costumer! Excellent service Jacob! Keep smiling😁
