Aerhais provided fantastic service. She helped me find the perfect two pairs of glasses and ensured I had all the special features I needed including crossly coating. In fact my husband had not intended to buy glasses and he ended up ordering 2 pair. Areas is a very valuable sales associate. On the other hand I am disappointed at the outside appearance of the store every time I come. It’s deplorable. Everything is overgrown. I’m ashamed to pull into the parking lot. Please address this concern if you expect referrals from your customers. Routine landscaping is important.

I had been waiting to finally order my Meta glasses, and Wex truly delivered on both customer service and my excitement. He took his time to explain the entire process, from placing the order to when I could expect my glasses to arrive, and made sure I felt confident and happy every step of the way. Sirjarette was the technician who assisted me with selecting my lenses and frames. He was personable yet professional, knowledgeable about health insurance coverage, discount coupons and of course lenses and frames. Top tier customer service was on display as he serviced me and was aware other customers waited to be served. Most customers just want to be acknowledged when entering an establishment. Lovely-lovely time! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The entire staff and environment was so welcoming and accommodating the entire visit. Wex is amazing and very passionate about what he does. There was never any sales pitch or pressure to add-on or purchase anything out of my price range. He answered every question I had, and tried troubleshooting to see if I had vision coverage with my insurance. He never made me feel like a problem for being woefully unprepared when I walked in. 😭🥴 He also made it a priority to present the price differences between my two frames with the standard vs premium transition options. I opted for my premium frame anyway cause I came in with an idea of boujee transition lenses 👓💅✨ Dad jokes were a plus. 😂😂
