Gabby and Laurie were absolutely amazing and helped me so much! I truly can’t thank them enough! They were able to help me fix my glasses and also helped me consider different helpful options and they were just so nice and understanding I was so embarrassed and they made me feel a lot better about it! I will absolutely be switching to go to this LensCrafters because of them!!

The optometrist was first class. First time I met her but she was super friendly. Super knowledgeable made me feel right at home. And the rest of the staff that helped me with the glasses and all the other things I needed were 110%
The optometrist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her tone of voice was so unwelcoming that I had to walk out mid-appointment. I’ve never experienced this before, especially at an eye exam of all places. Would not recommend. However, the front desk staff was very polite and amazing.
I had in to purchase another pair of prescription Sunglasses, after losing my brand new Glasses in Myrtle Beach. Gabriela the Sales Representative made certain I received the replacement Glasses at the lowest possible cost, looking at both my Vision Insurance benefit and the discounts offered by Lenscrafters. She was professional and customer focused and a pleasure to deal with.
