Reina Elizabeth was so thorough at making sure I was happy with the frames I had picked & went over every detail of my lenses. She was not pushy & was generous with her time. The glasses turned out perfect & I highly recommend Lenscrafters!
My experience at LensCrafters was truly exceptional from beginning to end. The doctor was incredibly professional, calm, gentle, and engaging, with a wonderful sense of humor that immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. I especially appreciated how thoroughly and thoughtfully he explained his observations and diagnosis, while also commending me for taking good care of my eyes. I would also like to recognize Lana from the optical team, who was equally outstanding. She was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive in explaining the different lens options, their benefits, and the offers available. Her patience, kindness, and engaging approach made the entire experience seamless and genuinely memorable. Both the doctor and Lana provided a level of care and professionalism that truly stood out, and I left feeling very well taken care of.
Diana helped me with my lens straps. They literally lasted 20 years. No joke. This place has fast, prompt service and is very inviting. This is the place to go. Would definitely recommend.

Had a very good experience at LensCrafters with Diana, she's very helpful and authentic. A lovely woman that was able to assist myself and my partner with any questions we had in regards to my glasses and what they offered. When I am ready for contacts or sunglasses I hope to be helped by her again.
